Description
HP Invent Wireless Cafe is an actual Coffee Shop with integrated front desk to kitchen order management solution utilizing wireless 2.4Ghz network connectivity for all waitresses in taking new orders and print customer receipts.
The solution is part of HP Invent Global Village exhibition at SCBD Jakarta in 2006. ER developed its front end touch screen and pocket PC user interfaces. The back office system was produced in collaboration with OASE International.
The solution was a breakthrough, not only it reduces order time, the system also manages stock inventory and the cafe's recipes with alert system allowing better control and any dynamic changes happening on the premises.
